DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (unless stated otherwise). Standard shipments will ship via Sendle, AusPost or otherwise depending on your location. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

REFUND POLICIES

Industrie8 only stock the highest quality products and are confident with all our items. All items that leave our premises are closely inspected prior to shipping.In the chance a refund may be required. Please read our refund policy & instructions before proceeding.

We accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY for up to 14 days from the delivery date.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted if item(s) is unworn with all tags attached.
If you ordered and incorrect size or product and the fault is not a result of our error, please kindly include REPLY PAID SATCHEL & SHORT MESSAGE ABOUT THE EXCHANGE with the return item so it can use it to send the correct product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

 

IMPORTANT
To start a return, you can contact us at info@industrie8.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To complete your return for manufacture fault, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return exchange/refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

REFUND PRACTICES
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All Sale items are FINAL and not refundable under the terms.

 

EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We only replace items if they deemed manufacture defective or damaged.

PLEASE NOTE:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a "trackable" shipping service or purchasing "shipping insurance". We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and not responsible for any lost parcel. You may obtain further detail from the nominated shipping provider

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping cost may vary depending on destination.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an from outside Australia please allow around 2 weeks to receive your product. In most cases our customers usually receive there order within a week.. We send via International Courier, we do not accept responsibility for charges incurred by recipient country customs or authorities.
